EyeCare's Vision Service, Inc. was formed specifically to enter into the third party vision care business by Dr. Stephen Ashinoff, O.D., CEO and President. Our organization is familiar with the challenges facing this industry and has successfully dealt with them for many years.

Founder /CEO/President EyeCare's Vision Service, Inc. 1999-Present EyeCare's Vision Service, Inc. has been providing Optometry and optical services for the Queens Long Island Medical group ( 17 centers), the Staten Island Medical Group (2 centers) and St. Barnabus Medical Center (1 center) for almost ten years. EyeCare's Vision Service, Inc is perhaps the largest single provider of Vision Care to all H.I.P. members. Dr. Ashinoff was recently appointed by the State of New York to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Health Corporation/NuHealth. NuHealth offers first-rate care at every stage of life through our three Centers of Care: Nassau University Medical Center is the regions largest county hospital with a premier Level I Trauma Center, including the county's only complete, state-of-the-art burn center. A. Holly Patterson Extended Care and a network of Family Health Centers that bring primary and specialty care where it's needed most.
